If the phone number is still in our system and has not yet been released back to the telecom providers, then we will be able to recover your phone number.
If recovery does not succeed you can contact us at support@phonelynk.io and we will contact the telecom provider on your behalf to attempt to recover your number. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, but we’ll do our best to help!
Carriers use billing documents to prove you own the phone number(s) you are attempting to port. Without correct documentation, your port request can be rejected.
